TREATMENTS
Therapeutic Modalities for Athletes & Individuals of All Activity Levels
We specialise in a Range of Myotherapy Techniques to Help You Recover, Rebuild, and Perform. Offering a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques designed to treat soft tissue pain, muscle restrictions, and injuries. Each therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals to ensure the best results.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeting deep layers of muscle, this therapy releases chronic tension and improves circulation. Perfect for those dealing with muscle tightness or recovering from injury, deep tissue massage helps restore mobility and get you back to feeling your best.
Our Therapeutic Modalities
Muscle Energy Techniques (METs)
METs involve gentle muscle contractions to improve range of motion and flexibility. A great option for those recovering from injury, METs help you regain mobility, reduce stiffness, and move more comfortably.
Myofascial Release
This technique focuses on easing tension in the fascia (the connective tissue around muscles). Ideal for improving flexibility, it helps reduce stiffness and tightness, allowing you to move freely and feel more comfortable in your body.
PNF Stretching
PNF stretching combines passive and active movements to increase flexibility and strength. This advanced technique helps improve performance, increase range of motion, and prevent future injuries by enhancing overall muscle coordination.
Myofascial Cupping
Using suction cups, myofascial cupping improves blood flow, reduces inflammation, and relieves tight muscles. It's great for muscle soreness, promoting faster recovery, and helping restore balance and flexibility to the body.
Kinesio Taping
Kinesio taping provides support to muscles and joints, reducing pain and swelling while allowing full movement. It’s perfect for injury prevention, aiding recovery, and ensuring you stay active and pain-free during your day-to-day activities.
Dry Needling
Dry needling targets trigger points with thin needles to relieve pain and release muscle tightness. A fast and effective way to enhance recovery, this technique helps restore range of motion and reduce persistent discomfort.

“My first appointment with Cameron was in early 2019, when I was working full-time as a cancer nurse, a mum, and completing postgrad studies. I was physically breaking down. Cameron immediately recognised my poor health and, through his thorough assessment and extensive knowledge of the body, began the journey of healing me. Cameron sees the whole person, their lifestyle, the body as a whole, and the areas that need healing and attention. He works methodically and diligently to repair muscles, tendons, and nerve pathways. I am beyond grateful for his care, as it enables me to continue working and living a better lifestyle.”

MEET CAM
Born and raised in Tauranga, on the sunny east coast of New Zealand, Cameron moved to Australia as a teenager. His interest in the human body, particularly the musculoskeletal system, began early, sparked by reading anatomy books and receiving treatments from his Aunty, a physiotherapist. This led Cam to help his family with basic massages, with his Poppa once saying, “You should do massage for the All Blacks one day.”
As a teenager, Cameron struggled with back pain while preparing to play in the National Cup. After receiving deep tissue massage and dry needling from a Myotherapist, his recovery enabled him to play and ultimately win the Cup. This experience further ignited his passion for musculoskeletal care and set him on the path to Myotherapy.
Cameron completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2016, followed by an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy in 2019. Along the way, he gained valuable experience working with athletes, including the Geelong Cats, before opening Cameron Lee Myotherapy’ in 2024. What Cameron enjoys most is creating personalised treatment plans and building meaningful relationships with his clients, helping them feel their best.
With a broad skill set that includes deep tissue massage, Myofascial release, dry needling, cupping, and stretching, Cameron treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Whether addressing posture issues, injuries, or performance recovery, his goal is always to help clients achieve lasting results.
Cameron is passionate about making a positive impact on others' health and well-being, and he looks forward to continuing to help people feel their best.
